1. About Bokkle

Bokkle is a daily sports quiz provided for entertainment and general interest. Each daily quiz consists of five questions.

Bokkle may change, update, suspend or discontinue parts of the service from time to time.

2. Playing Bokkle

You agree to use Bokkle fairly and only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

• attempt to interfere with or disrupt the operation of Bokkle;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to Bokkle, its systems or administrative areas;
• misuse, manipulate or attempt to circumvent quiz results, scoring, referral or sharing functionality;
• use automated systems or other methods to abuse the service; or
• attempt to access another person's private information.

We may take reasonable steps to prevent or respond to misuse of Bokkle.

3. Quiz Questions, Answers and Results

Quiz questions and answers are provided for entertainment purposes.

While we aim to make questions and answers accurate, Bokkle does not guarantee that every piece of information is free from error or that questions will always be interpreted in a particular way.

Scores and rankings/percentile comparisons are based on the information available to Bokkle at the relevant time and may change as more players complete the daily quiz.

4. Quiz History and Device Storage

Bokkle does not currently require a player account.

Your score history and certain player information used to recognise your activity may be stored in your browser or on your device.

Clearing browser data, using private/incognito browsing, changing browsers, or changing devices may cause your local score history or player recognition to be reset.

This does not necessarily delete historical analytics information already collected by Bokkle.

5. Sharing and Referral Links

Bokkle allows players to share their results.

Some shared links may contain a unique referral token used to understand whether another player arrived through a shared Bokkle result.

Referral information is used for analytics and product improvement. You must not attempt to manipulate referral tracking or use referral links to gain unauthorised access to information.

6. Intellectual Property

The Bokkle name, branding, website design, software and other Bokkle content are owned by or licensed to BOKKLE (PTY) LTD and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use Bokkle for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit Bokkle or its content without appropriate permission, except where permitted by law.

7. Availability

We aim to keep Bokkle available and functioning reliably, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

Bokkle may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, third-party service issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Third-Party Services

Bokkle uses third-party services to operate parts of the website and its supporting infrastructure.

Your use of Bokkle may therefore also be subject to applicable terms and policies of those third-party providers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BOKKLE (PTY) LTD will not be liable for losses or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Bokkle, including interruptions, technical errors, loss of locally stored quiz history, or reliance on quiz information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable South African law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The updated version will be made available on Bokkle. Your continued use of Bokkle after an update means that you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Any disputes relating to Bokkle will be subject to the applicable courts of South Africa.
